LocalMotion is a new social, economic and environmental justice movement. It brings individuals, communities, grassroots charities, the public and private sector together with funders, in order to tackle the root causes of issues and inequalities that places across the country face so that they can thrive and flourish.

The project

Commissioned by Barley Communications, Amy was tasked from the beginning of this branding project to focus on community and togetherness, ensuring the power of positive change is always in the hands of hard-working community members. The logo highlights these individuals and their ideas as the primary force, while the accompanying colours and shapes suggest warmth, collaboration and joy. Images have a washed-out treatment when interacting with graphic elements to show how LocalMotion injects life into these chosen areas.
